What is the process if I need to make changes to my booking? If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, depending on availability.

Are your chefs trained and certified? Yes, all of our chefs are professionally trained and have experience in various culinary styles. They are also committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety.

Do you provide dining utensils and table settings? Our chefs will bring the necessary utensils for food preparation. However, we recommend that clients provide dining utensils, plates, and glassware. If you require table settings, please let us know, and we can assist you.

Can I request a tasting before the event? Yes, we offer tasting sessions for clients who wish to try the menu items before the event. Additional fees may apply, so please inquire for more details.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Culinary Creations Co Ltd.

1. Definitions

(a) Company: Refers to Culinary Creations Co. Ltd

(b) Conditions: These standard terms and conditions for our services.

(c) Contract: The agreement between the Company and the Client for the provision of services.

(d) Client: Any individual or entity whose order for services is accepted by the Company.

(e) Group: All members participating in a Culinary Creations Co. event.

(f) Lead Client: The person who books on behalf of the Group and acts as the main contact.

(g) Arrangements: Meals, activities, facilities, and services booked through us.

(h) Services: The services provided by the Company as per these Conditions.

(i) Supplier: Entities providing services on behalf of the Company.

2. Complete Agreement

(i) These Conditions exclusively govern the Contract, overriding any other terms. No amendments to the Contract or Conditions are valid unless agreed upon in writing by an authorized Company representative.

(ii) Only Company representatives authorized in writing can make representations about our services.

(iii) We reserve the right to correct any typographical or clerical errors in our documentation without liability.

3. Contract

(i) Orders are accepted only when confirmed by an authorized Company representative or when we commence providing the Services.

(ii) The Client must ensure the accuracy of their order and provide necessary information within adequate time. Booking details must be confirmed at least 14 days before service delivery. Changes after this period, including headcount, menu, dietary requirements, or event timing, cannot be accommodated.

(iii) The Client must provide the necessary facilities for our Services and ensure they are operational. The Client must be present upon the Company representative's arrival to instruct on facility use.

(iv) By booking with us, you confirm that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions. The Lead Client must be authorized to make the booking on behalf of the Group and must be at least 18 years old. Inform us in writing immediately if there is a change in the Lead Client. Verify all documents and inform us of any inaccuracies promptly.

4. Price

(i) Prices provided at inquiry are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change before booking confirmation. We will notify you of any price adjustments before booking. Once confirmed, prices are fixed, subject to other terms. If the number of people changes, the overall price may adjust accordingly.

(ii) Prices stated in our literature can be amended without prior notice.

(iii) Prices include VAT.

(iv) The Client is responsible for any reasonable costs incurred due to changes or suspension of their order.

(v) The minimum charge for all catering services provided by Culinary Creations Co. Ltd is £300. This applies to all bookings, regardless of the number of guests or type of event.

(vi) Any bookings that do not meet the minimum charge will still be subject to the minimum fee of £300.

(vii) Additional costs for bespoke services, menu options, or special requests will be added on top of this minimum charge, as outlined in your personalized quote.

5. Payment

(i) Full payment is required via bank transfer at least 14 days before service provision, or as otherwise agreed by an authorized representative.

(ii) Timely payment is essential. Receipts will be provided upon receipt of payment.

(iii) Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the Contract or suspension of Services.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made within two weeks of the service will result in the forfeiture of all payments. Cancellations made outside this period will result in the loss of the £100.00 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and cover administrative costs.

7. Risk

(i) The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to the Client's property during the provision of Services.

(ii) The Company is not responsible for any offense caused or issues arising from the Services. The Client should fully understand the nature of the Services and exercise discretion in booking.

(iii) If the actions or conditions during the Service pose a threat to our staff, we reserve the right to withdraw and cancel further Services, with all funds forfeited.

8. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against all claims, costs, and damages arising from their breach or negligent performance of the Contract.

9. Intellectual Property

The Company retains copyright over any commissioned work. The Client cannot use or reproduce any media obtained during the provision of Services without express permission.

10. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions.

11. General

(i) Waivers of breaches do not constitute waivers of future breaches.

(ii) The Company may amend these Conditions for promotions or offers.

(iii) These Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes and Cancellations by Us

We may need to amend or cancel bookings. Significant changes will be communicated promptly. If services are delayed, the cost remains the same, and no compensation will be provided. Force Majeure may require changes or cancellations, with no refunds or compensation unless provided by suppliers.

13. Weather

We are not liable for weather-related issues. If activities are affected by weather, you will not be entitled to cancel or receive a refund. Substitute activities may be available at an additional cost.

14. Our Liability

(1) Our responsibility is to book and source Arrangements. We are not liable for the actual provision of Arrangements or the acts of Suppliers. We are not liable for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

(2) We are not accountable for claims resulting from acts of the Client, third parties, or Force Majeure.

(3) The Client is responsible for maintaining the kitchen's condition. Any damage must be reported and proved to be caused by our Supplier.

(4) Clients must inform us of allergens and intolerances. While we will make efforts to accommodate these, traces of allergens may still be present.

(5) We are not responsible for additional services not booked with us.

(6) Liability is limited to a refund equivalent to the value of the booking, excluding insurance and amendment fees, unless related to death or personal injury.

(7) We are not liable for unforeseen damages, losses, or expenses.

15. Insurance

We recommend obtaining personal insurance for cancellations and emergencies. We are not responsible for injury or loss beyond these Conditions.

16. Behaviour

(a) We reserve the right to terminate bookings if behavior is disruptive or unsafe. No refunds or compensation will be given if this occurs.

(b) Clients must ensure all party members act responsibly and follow safety procedures.

17. Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be made within 7 days. Complaints about Suppliers must be addressed during the event. Refunds on food require a complaint to be made before the end of the event.

18. Gift Vouchers & Credits

Promotional vouchers expire 1 year from issuance; purchased vouchers expire 2 years from purchase.

19. Rights of Third Parties

No third-party rights are granted under this Agreement.

20. Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details or share personal data with third parties. Contact us at [email protected] for data access or removal requests. We comply with GDPR regulations.

21. Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
